“I had the privilege of meeting Ania before even considering attending a ceremony. Ania carries such a genuine and calm energy about her, and she is a natural at diffusing anxiety and nerves. After hearing first-hand from my partner how amazing of an experience ceremony can be with the plant medicines, along with Ania and Juan Pablo facilitating previous retreats, signing up for my first journey was an easy decision. My hopes going into my spiritual entry were to find general clarity as well as peace and focus. Peace is an understatement for what you will find, and I am more focused in all aspects upon integrating back into the daily routine. The whole experience was just amazing. From meeting strangers on their own journey and becoming a family in a matter of a day or two, to all of the preparation that felt so intentional and meaningful, to all the new knowledge about the medicines and their spirits, to the delicious food that was made with love. Everything was so relaxing and felt so safe that my nerves about it all died down very quickly. I don't think I've ever had a space where I felt as safe to speak freely and love one another. It's very hard for me to find the words to convey what Ania and JP do and how extraordinary they are as humans. JP is selfless, super knowledgeable and just a magical wordsmith. Even with English being his second language he may be the best speaker that I have had a chance to meet, so you can imagine how beautiful his Spanish is (not to mention his incredible singing). Also, Ania shocked me because that girl can SING. My biggest takeaway from the retreat is that everyone can and should use these beautiful medicines, especially when facilitated by such special individuals. Our minds will almost always overestimate how hard a challenge will be or how something could go wrong. Every minute of the retreat was relaxing and I felt incredibly safe. I cannot recommend to take this step in your spiritual journey for yourself enough. You will be glad you did.”

“This was my second time going on retreat with Ania and Juan Pablo, and it was just as magical and transformational as the first. They were able to thoughtfully cultivate a space that was welcoming, healing, serious, and playful. All of the inevitable nerves that come up when sitting in ceremony were quickly dissolved because of Ania's nurturing nature and Juan Pablo's extensive knowledge about the medicines. I felt grounded and loved the entire time, and am receiving continued guidance during the integration process in the real world. I couldn't ask for better facilitators and people I now call family! Without going into too much detail, I was able to heal deep wounds of fear and anger, now leaving me with so much space for love and compassion for myself and others. I think the plant medicine world is intimidating because of the fear of the unknown... so with that being said, if you are looking for a safe space to journey into the unknown, heal generational trauma, and connect with like-minded individuals, I couldn't recommend this retreat more.”

Working with ancestral medicines requires preparation, discernment, and integration. This is not something you simply sign up for and attend. It is a guided arc.
Here is how the process unfolds:
1. Application
All retreats begin with an application. This allows us to understand your intentions, medical history, experience level, and readiness for this work. It also ensures that this container is aligned and safe for everyone involved.
2. Free Clarity Call
After reviewing your application, we schedule a free call. This is a two-way conversation. You’ll have space to ask questions, and we’ll explore whether this retreat is truly the right fit for you at this time.
3. Confirmation + Preparation Guide
If accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with:
Retreat logistics and travel details
A comprehensive preparation guide
Dietary and lifestyle recommendations
Medical and safety considerations
Intention-setting guidance
Preparation begins weeks before the retreat. The depth of your experience often mirrors the depth of your preparation.
4. Two Group Preparation Calls
Before we gather in person, you’ll join two live group calls.
These calls include:
Education on each medicine and its lineage
Safety protocols and what to expect
Nervous system preparation
Intention refinement
Community building
5. The Retreat
The retreat itself is a carefully guided ceremonial immersion, co-facilitated by Ania and Juan Pablo, held in deep respect for the lineage of each medicine.
This includes:
The ceremonial work
Nourishing meals from a private chef
Integration circles
Time in nature
Embodiment practices
6. Two Integration Calls
The real work begins after you return home.
You’ll receive two live group integration calls to support:
Processing and meaning-making
Emotional and nervous system regulation
Translating insight into action
Staying accountable to the shifts you initiated
We do not open ceremony and then disappear. Integration is part of the container.
