Women's Circles in Denver & Online

A space for women to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience the power of healing in community. Through guided practices, reflection, and open sharing, these circles support emotional healing, spiritual growth, and authentic connection.

Why Women's Circles Matter

For most of human history, women gathered in circles to share wisdom, support one another, and move through life's challenges together. Modern life has created more independence, but it has also created isolation. Women's circles offer something many of us deeply need: a space to be witnessed without judgment, to speak honestly, and to realize we are not alone in what we carry. Healing happens faster when we are seen and supported by others walking a similar path.

The 5-Week Women's Circle Journey

This five-week journey is offered in person and virtually, and is an intimate and supportive container designed for women who want to explore healing, self-awareness, and personal growth in a small group setting. Each week includes guided practices, reflection, and meaningful conversation that helps deepen your relationship with yourself and others. This is a closed container, meaning the same group of women move through the full five-week journey together.

Week 1: Opening the Circle, Safety Mapping & Trauma Awareness
Creating the container, introductions, intention setting, and establishing safety within the group. Build the foundation for healing by understanding how trauma lives in the body and mapping what safety truly feels like for you.

Week 2: Nervous System & Survival Responses
Learn how your fight, flight, freeze, or fawn responses shape your reactions and gain practical tools to shift out of survival mode and into grounded presence.

Week 3: Pain Points & Forgiveness
Gently explore the wounds and resentments you’ve carried, and begin releasing the emotional charge that keeps you tied to the past without bypassing your truth.

Week 4: Inner Child Healing
Reconnect with the younger parts of you that learned to survive. Through guided practices, you’ll begin re-parenting yourself with compassion and strength.

Week 5: Higher Self & Integration
Integrate everything you’ve uncovered and step into alignment with your higher self, not as an idea, but as a lived identity rooted in awareness and choice. Reflection, integration practices, and honoring the journey we’ve shared together.

Throughout the weeks you will be guided through:

• Guided meditation
• Nervous system regulation practices
• Journaling and reflection
• Intentionally crafted worksheets to support your self-exploration and integration
• Open group sharing
• Ritual and ceremony
• Community connection
• Cacao ceremonies

Cacao is provided for in-person circles. For virtual participants, cacao is optional; guidance will be given on where to order and how to prepare it to fully participate.
