In these sessions, we work with both.
Body work and energy work can be booked separately or woven together into one deeply supportive experience.
My body work sessions are slow, intentional, and nervous-system focused.
They are designed to help your physical vessel release stored tension, regulate stress, and return to a state of safety and ease.
Through supportive touch and intuitive pacing, we work with the body, not against it, allowing tightness, overwhelm, and emotional holding to soften naturally.
Energy work is a subtle yet powerful practice.
Through energy work, we are able to clear stagnant energy, support emotional release, and restore balance within your system.
This work helps you move through what feels stuck, reconnect to your intuition, and come back into alignment without force.
What should you book?
If you feel tense, physically tight, anxious in your body, or disconnected from yourself, book a body work session.
If you feel emotionally stuck, energetically heavy, unclear, or out of alignment, book an energy work session.
And if you’re looking for a little of both, grounded release and energetic clearing, book a combined session for deeper integration.
