This 28-minute guided meditation is a supportive space to slow down, ground, and reconnect with yourself.
Created with trauma and SA survivors in mind, this practice gently guides you back into connection with your body, your breath, your inner knowing, and your sense of autonomy. Through grounding, breathwork, body awareness, reflection, and visualization, you’ll be invited to cultivate a deeper sense of inner safety and rebuild trust in yourself one small moment at a time.
This meditation may be especially supportive if you:
Feel disconnected from your body or yourself
Struggle to trust your feelings, intuition, or decisions
Feel overwhelmed, activated, anxious, or emotionally exhausted
Have difficulty feeling grounded or present
Are navigating the effects of trauma or difficult experiences
Want to reconnect with your boundaries and sense of autonomy
Need a space to slow down and feel more connected to yourself
Are moving through a difficult season and need somewhere to come back to
This isn't about forcing yourself to feel safe, fixing your trauma, or making difficult emotions disappear. It's about creating a little more space to listen to yourself, honor what you need, and remember that you can come back to yourself whenever you need to.
Use it when you need to ground, reconnect, reset, or simply spend a little time being with yourself.
